Fish tremble when they hear our name

Everyone knows once the weather warms up to  a balmy 60 degrees, the Heuetts are naturally drawn to the lake to go fishing! And go fishing we did!

James was the first one with his pole in the water, so it's only natural that he took top honors of the first fish caught.

The rest of' us weren't far behind though.  Erin Kay showed off her fishing skills;

Keeping the freshly caught fish body far from hers

And laying the sacrificial fish on the alter . . uh . . I mean cutting board.

While Jeff outfished us all with just a few over his limit;*cough *7* ah'hem.

And after Bryce untangled line, put on new spinners, and rebaited several times, the fish knew they were in trouble! Here is the 'before' picture:

And while the boys tried catching fish,

Celeste tried to catch a few rays!

It was a fantastic morning loaded with fun, family and fish!

19 in all!  (Fish, that is. Not family.)
