The most wonderful time of the Year

*WARNING* This blog contains very few photos due to an old computer, a tired hard drive, and a worn out budget. Somehow it is not letting me upload photos very easily, so until I get smarter, richer or more creative, this blog will seriously lack photos of any kind. Sorry.

What a wonderful time we had with all of our children with us this Christmas! Here are just a few of the bright spots of the week:

Our fun began when I ran home from work thinking something was terribly wrong, only to discover that Kyle and Erin and Cannon had arrived a week early to surprise us!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I cried with delight! (grandma's do that ya know!)

We enjoyed barbecuing in the snow (Thank you James)

Enjoyed Christmas morning

 

And Had a blast playing minute to win it games (Thank you Erin Kay!)

 These few photos don't do justice to all the fun we had, so I will recap. We had a blast playing the camera game (details and photos to follow at some future, undisclosed date), playing floor hockey in the church gym, watching an intense game of basketball while me and Erin Kay and cannon played a mean game of peak-a-boo, Had a feast of a chinese dinner (Chinese buffet has nothing over on us!), Got a lot of exercise with James' new Sport Kinnect game, Did a few handyman chores, enjoyed food, fun and friends at Erin Kay's shower, and last of all, said good-bye way too soon!

Now that everyone is gone and the house is quiet, all we have to warm our hearts is the happy memories.
Thats the gift that keeps on giving!
